Abstract

ABSTRACT This research aims: 1) to analyze the influence of education on employee performance of the public relations and protocol Regional Secretariat Soppeng Regency, 2) to analyze the influence of training on employee performance of the public relations and protocol Regional Secretariat Soppeng Regency, 3) to analyze the influence of motivation on employee performance of the public relations and protocol Regional Secretariat Soppeng Regenc, 4) to analyze the influence of education, training, and motivation simultaneously on employee performance of the public relations and protocol Regional Secretariat Soppeng Regency. This research is located on part of public relations and protocol Regional Secretariat Soppeng Regency. Population in this study is the overall civil servant of Public Relations and Protocol numbered 39 people. Sampling using census method. Analysis of the data in this study using multiple linear regression analysis.. The results showed that: 1) education has positive and significant influence on employee performance of the public relations and protocol Regional Secretariat Soppeng Regency, 2) training has positive and significant influence on employee performance of the public relations and protocol Regional Secretariat Soppeng Regency, 3) motivation has positive and significant influence on employee performance of the public relations and protocol Regional Secretariat Soppeng Regency, 4) education, training and motivation have positive and significant influence on employee performance of the public relations and protocol Regional Secretariat Soppeng Regency. Abstract

ABSTRAKPenelitian ini dilaksanakan pada PT. Trans Retail Indonesia (Carrefour) Cabang Panakkukang Makassar. Metode penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data dengan menggunakan metode kuesioner. Analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan analisis regresi linear berganda dengan jumlah sampel penelitian ini adalah sebanyak 80 orang karyawan. Teknik pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teknik sampling jenuh. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa: 1) dispilin kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. Trans Retail Indonesia (Carrefour) Cabang Panakkukang Makassar. 2) Komitmen organisasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. Trans Retail Indonesia (Carrefour) Cabang Panakkukang Makassar. 3) lingkungan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. Trans Retail Indonesia (Carrefour) Cabang Panakkukang Makassar. 4) disiplin kerja, komitmen organisasi, dan lingkungan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. Trans Retail Indonesia (Carrefour) Cabang Panakkukang Makassar.Kata kunci: Disiplin Kerja, Komitmen Organisasi, Lingkungan Kerja dan Kinerja Karyawan                                                                             ABSTRACT               This research has been done at PT. Trans Retail Indonesia (Carrefour) Branch of Panakkukang Makassar. The research method was quantitative approach. Technique of data collection was questionnaire method. The data analysis of this research applied multiple linear regression with 80 employees as a sample. Sampling technique in this research use saturated sampling technique.               Research result shows 1) work discipline has positive and significant influence on employees performance at PT. Trans Retail Indonesia (Carrefour) Branch of Panakkukang Makassar. 2) organization commitment has positive and significant influence on employees performance at PT. Trans Retail Indonesia (Carrefour) Branch of Panakkukang Makassar, 3)  work environment has positive and significant influence on employees performance at PT. Trans Retail Indonesia (Carrefour) Branch of Panakkukang Makassar, 4) work discipline, organization commitment, and work environment have positive and significant influence on employees performance at PT. Abstract

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan 1) Menganalisis Pengaruh motivasi Kerja secara parsial Terhadap Kompetensi Guru Madrasah di Kecamatan Somba Opu Kabupaten Gowa. 2) Menganalisis Pengaruh Budaya Sekolah secara parsial Terhadap Kompetensi Guru Madrasah di Kecamatan Somba Opu Kabupaten Gowa. 3) Menganalisis Pengaruh Motivasi Kerja dan Budaya Sekolah secara simultan Terhadap Kompetensi Guru Madrasah di Kecamatan Somba Opu Kabupaten Gowa. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di Sekolah Madrasah Se Kecamatan Somba Opu Kabupaten Gowa. Pemilihan lokasi didasarkan bahwa di Sekolah Madrasah Se Kecamatan Somba Opu Kabupaten Gowa ini representatif untuk mewakili penelitian mengenai Pengaruh Motivasi Kerja dan Budaya Sekolah terhadap Kompetensi Guru. Penelitian telah berlangsung kurang lebih dua bulan yakni bulan Oktober sampai dengan November 2016. Anggota populasi adalah seluruh guru di Sekolah Madrasah Se Kecamatan Somba Opu Kabupaten Gowa. Pengujian hipotesis dilakukan dengan analisis regresi linear berganda dengan uji t dan uji F. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa; 1) Motivasi Kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan secara parsial terhadap Kompetensi Guru. 2) Budaya Sekolah berpengaruh positif dan signifikan secara parsial terhadap Kompetensi Guru.          3) Motivasi Kerja dan budaya sekolah berpengaruh positif dan signifikan secara simultan terhadap Kompetensi Guru Kata kunci: Motivasi Kerja, Budaya Sekolah dan Kompetensi GuruABSTRACK This study aims; 1) Analyze the Influence of Work Motivation Partially to the Competence of Madrasah Teachers in sub-district of Somba Opu Gowa. 2) Analyze School Culture Influence partially on Madrasah Teacher’s Competence in sub-distritc of Somba Opu Gowa. 3) Analyze the Influence of Work Motivation and School Culture simultaneously on Madrasah Teacher’s Competence in sub-district of Somba Opu Gowa. This research was conducted at Madrasah of Somba Opu Sub-District of Gowa. Site selection based on that in Madrasah in Somba Opu Sub-District, Gowa District is representative to represent research about Influence of Work Motivation and School Culture to Teacher’s Competence. The study lasted approximately two months, from October to November 2016. The population is all teachers in Madrasah at sub-district Somba Opu Gowa, both teachers who have the status of civil servants and teachers who are still an honorarium. To test the hypothesis has done by multiple linear regression analysis with the method of t test and F test. The results of this study indicate that; 1) Work Motivation has a positive and partially significant effect on Teacher Competence. 2) Madrasah culture has a positive and partially significant effect on Teacher Competence. 3) Work motivation and Madsarah culture have positive and significant influence simultaneously on Teacher Competence Keywords: Work Motivation, School Culture and Teacher’s Competence
