<![CDATA[ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh profesionalisme, kredibilitas, responsif, dan tim work terhadap kepuasan kerja pegawai pada Dinas Kependudukan dan Catatan Sipil kabupaten Gowa.Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa (1) profesionalisme secara parsial berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja pegawai pada Dinas Kependudukan dan Catatan Sipil kabupaten Gowa, (2) kredibilitas secara parsial berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja pegawai pada Dinas Kependudukan dan Catatan Sipil kabupaten Gowa, (3) responsif secara parsial berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja pegawai pada Dinas Kependudukan dan Catatan Sipil kabupaten Gowa, (4) team work secara parsial berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja pegawai pada Dinas Kependudukan dan Catatan Sipil kabupaten Gowa, (5). profesionalisme, kredibilitas, responsif, dan team work secara simultan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja pegawai pada Dinas Kependudukan dan Catatan Sipil kabupaten Gowa.
