<![CDATA[The quality of Vocational High School (VHS) graduates is inseparable from the performance of vocational schools in providing school services. The performance of vocational high schools (PVHS) based on the Indonesian National Qualifications Framework (INQF) in facing global demands in the industrial revolution 5.0 needs to pay attention to the application of Artificial Intelligence (AI), Public Trust (PT) and Human Resource Capability (HRC). This study aims to determine the influence of AI, PT and HRC on INQF-based PVHS in Magetan district. The type of research used is quantitative associative. The research population is teachers, students, industry and parents of vocational school students in Magetan Regency. The research sample was 120 respondents. The data collection technique uses a survey with a questionnaire instrument. The analysis technique uses the Structural Equation Model (SEM). The results of the study can be explained that AI, PT and HRC have a positive and significant influence on PVHS. The proper application of AI, PT and HRC can provide an increase in the performance of vocational schools.]]>
