Pemberdayaan Kader Kesehatan Jiwa melalui Apliaksi Informasi Manajemen Asuhan Keperawatan Kesehatan Jiwa

ABSTRAK Orang Dengan Gangguan Jiwa (ODGJ) masih mendapatkan stigma negatif dalam masyarakat yang beranggapan bahwa ODGJ berbahaya, sehingga menimbulkan banyak deskriminasi, pengucilan, penolakan serta marginalisasi dalam masyarakat, selain itu masalah ekonomi dan pendidikan juga mepengaruhi perawatan pada ODGJ. Tujuan dilakukan kegiatan ini untuk meningkatkan pemahaman kader Kesehatan jiwa dalam melakukan peran dan fungsi kader Kesehatan jiwa. Metode kegiatan yang dilakukan berupa ceramah, diskusi dan role play. Hasil kegiatan terdapat peningkatan nilai post test yaitu 69,64, hasil deteksi Kesehatan mental menggunakan instrument SRQ didapatkan hasil masyarakat mengalami sehat mental yaitu sebanyak 68 orang (79.07%), gejala neurosis 10 orang (11.63%), gejala psikotik 2 orang (2.33%), PTSD 6 orang (6.97%). Terdapat warga yang mengalami psikotik diharapkan kader melakukan rujukan kepada pihak puskesmas melalui pelaporan perawat program Kesehatan jiwa. Kata Kunci: Kader, Kesehatan, Jiwa, Aplikasi, Infomasi, Askep Jiwa  ABSTRACT People with Mental Disorders (ODGJ) still get a negative stigma in society that assumes that ODGJ are dangerous, resulting in a lot of discrimination, exclusion, rejection and marginalization in society, in addition to economic and educational problems also affect the care of ODGJ. The purpose of this activity is to improve the understanding of Mental Health cadres in carrying out the roles and functions of Mental Health cadres. the method of activity carried out is in the form of lectures, discussions and role play. the results of the activity showed an increase in the post-test score of 69.64, the results of mental health detection using the SRQ instrument showed that the community experienced mental health, namely 68 people (79.07%), neurosis symptoms 10 people (11.63%), psychotic symptoms 2 people (2.33%), PTSD 6 people (6.97%).
