<![CDATA[Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh kesehatan dan keselamatan kerja (K3) terhadap kinerja pegawai pada Candal Har III di PT Petrokimia Gresik. Objek eksplorasinya adalah Candal Har III PT Petrokimia Gresik. Instrumen penelitian yang digunakan adalah model pemeriksaan ilustratif dan model penyelidikan langsung yang berbeda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ketiga faktor tersebut mempunyai pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap efisiensi yang representatif; variabel Perlindungan Terhadap Pegawai (X1), Pemberian Program Sosialisasi (X2), Lingkungan Kerja Medis (X3) dimana nilai t_hitung sebesar 7,257>t_tabel 2,052 dan tingkat kepentingannya 0,000<0,05 untuk variabel (X1) maka pada titik tersebut , untuk variabel (X2) t_hitung 4,325>t_tabel 2,052 dan nilai penting sebesar 0,000<0,05 dan yang terakhir (X3) thitung 3,670>ttabel 2,052 dan nilai penting 0,002<0,05. Dengan tujuan ketiga faktor tersebut mempengaruhi efisiensi pekerja di Candal Har III PT Petrokimia Gresik. The aim of the research is to determine the effect of occupational health and safety (K3) on employee performance at Candal Har III at PT Petrokimia Gresik. The object of exploration is Candal Har III PT Petrokimia Gresik. The research instruments used are different illustrative examination models and direct investigation models. The research results show that these three factors have a significant influence on representative efficiency; variables Protection of Employees (X1), Provision of Socialization Programs (X2), Medical Work Environment (X3) where the t_count value is 7.257>t_table 2.052 and the level of importance is 0.000<0.05 for the variable (X1) so at that point, for the variable with the aim of these three factors influencing worker efficiency at Candal Har III PT Petrokimia Gresik.]]>
