ABSTRACT This study aims to determine the Effect of Cabbage Leaf Compress on Postpartum Mothers with Breast Swelling in the Jiput Health Center Work Area, Pandeglang Regency, Banten Province in 2024. This study design uses a quasi-experimental method with a two-group pretest and posttest design approach. This study design has two groups, namely the experimental group and the control group. The effectiveness of the treatment is assessed by comparing the posttest value with the pretest. Data analysis using the Wilcoxon and Mann Whitney tests. The sample taken in this study was 36 respondents. The results of the study showed that there was a difference in the test results between the intervention group and the control group on the 5th or last day with the Mann-Whitney test obtained a P value of 0.000 <a (0.05) which states that there is a significant difference between the intervention group and the control group. Giving cold cabbage leaf compresses provides benefits in reducing breast swelling in postpartum mothers, it is hoped that for the research area so that cold cabbage leaf compresses can be applied as an alternative non-pharmacological therapy in postpartum mothers to reduce breast swelling. Keywords: Cabbage Leaves, Breast Swelling, Postpartum  ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Kompres Daun Kubis Terhadap Ibu Nifas Dengan Pembengkakan Payudara Di Wilayah Kerja Puskesmas Jiput Kabupaten Pandeglang Provinsi BantenTahun 2024. Desain Penelitian ini menggunakan metode quasi experiment dengan pendekatan two group pretest and posttest design. Desain penelitian ini mempunyai dua kelompok yaitu kelompok eksperimen dan kelompok kontrol. Efektivitas perlakuan dinilai dengan cara membandingkan nilai posttest dengan pretest. Analisis  data  menggunakan uji Wilcoxon dan Mann Whitney.sampel yang diambil dalam penelitian ini adalah 36 responden. Hasil penelitian menunjukan Ada perbedaan pada hasil uji antar kelompok intervensi dan kelompok kontrol pada hari ke- 5 atau terakhir dengan uji Maan-Whitneydidapatkan P value sebesar 0,000 < a ( 0,05 ) yang menyatakan bahwa terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan antara kelompok intervensi dan kelompok kontrol. Pemberian kompres daun kubis dingin memberikan manfaat dalam menurunkan pembengkakan payudara pada ibu nifas, diharapkan untuk lahan penelitian agar kompres daun kubis dingin dapat diaplikasikan sebagai terapi alternatif nonfarmakologis pada ibu nifas untuk mengurangi pembengkakan pada payudara. Kata Kunci: Daun Kubis, Pembengkakan Payudara, Nifas
