This study aims to identify the underlying cause of the issue at PT Three Cast Indonesia, ascertain the impact of quality control measures on product defects at PT Three Cast Indonesia, and ascertain the outcomes of implementing six sigma techniques in PT Three Cast Indonesia's quality control of bracket products. The technique is an analogous application of DMAIC and other Six Sigma method concepts. The findings indicate that the most common types of defects found in the bracket are air holes, dimension out, scratches, and dents (CTQ). DPMO computation using a 250 defect average. This indicates that there might be 250 problems in every million product units. Level Sigma The bracket manufacturing process operates at 2.174 sigma, or level 4. To eventually achieve a growing Sigma level pattern and a lowering DPMO pattern, the process must still be continually managed and improved. In the DMAIC analysis, the primary sources of product faults are personnel, equipment, processes, and raw materials. People, equipment, procedures, and materials are the sources of probable faults in the RCA analysis quality control of bracket products.
