Abstract

The website is an electronic page that can be accessed information whenever and wherever its location depends on the user's internet access from the system. By utilizing the web, many things can be created and developed in the world of buying and selling. Applicable sales, for example, are information systems for selling used cars in Batam. If the owner sells used cars already has a web-based information system, the seller and website manager will easily sell their products. The purpose of this information system is to help people find information on used car sales in Batam city through the internet using websites and other electronic media. web-based information system at CV Phutu Oil Club is a service that is intended for the community or users. The author developed a Web-Based Used Car Sales Information System at CV Phutu Oil Club in Batam City with the Waterfall method. The waterfall method is often also called a linear (sequential linear) model or classic life cycle. The waterfall model provides a sequential or sequential software lifeline approach starting from analysis, design, coding and testing.

Abstract

Employee performance is the level of achievement or work results of a person from the goals that must be achieved or implemented must be in accordance with their respective responsibilities in a certain period of time. Performance satisfaction is the level of one's feelings after comparing the performance or the results he feels compared to his expectations. Sagulung Subdistrict is one of the densely populated sub-districts in Batam city, based on the results of community interviews about the performance of employees in Sagulung sub-district, the results show that the quality of services they receive varies. Hospitality of employees when serving the community is also different between one employee and another employee, besides that community satisfaction with employee performance also varies so that the community's satisfaction with the performance of employees in Sagulung sub-district cannot be concluded. Fuzzy logic using the mamdani method is one method to determine community satisfaction with employee performance in Sagulung sub-district. Based on the results of testing of the data that has been processed, the results of manual calculations are 68.4162 while for the system testing using matlab the results are 68.7. Based on the results of these tests, it can be concluded that fuzzy logic meetode mamdani can be used to determine community satisfaction with employee performance in Sagulung sub-district.

Abstract

The background of this research is based on the growing growth of business competition in the electronic sector that requires quality control to be able to survive in competition, encouraging researchers to examine whether PT Sat Nusapersada Tbk has carried out the quality control process well. The purpose of this study is to analyze the implementation of quality control, types of damage, and factors that cause damage in the process of handphone assembly at PT Sat Nusapersada, Tbk. Data collection techniques carried out by interview, observation and documentation. In processing the data this research uses Statistical Quality Control (SQC) methods, namely checking sheets, histograms, control charts p, pareto diagrams, and causal diagrams. The results of data analysis and discussion show that the process of assembling mobile phones in a state of uncontrolled or still experiencing irregularities. Based on the histogram diagram, it can be concluded that the type of damage that occurred at PT Sat Nusapersada, Tbk in Batam City was damage to the camera with 992 pcs or 40.46%, damage to the microphone with 847 pcs or 34.54% and damage to the battery with 613 pcs or 25% . Factors that cause damage to the mobile assembly are workers who are less focused and inaccurate, wrong assembly methods, raw materials that are easily dirty and equipment settings that do not fit properly.

Abstract

Fitness is a necessity in life today, fitness also has a good impact and can provide health for anyone who does this activity. And as the rapid development of technology in the health sector, many facilities that can help humans in doing fitness activities. This has become a business area by providing services to support health, because opening a fitness center can provide good business prospects. Skala Gym is a company engaged in the field of services, namely renting equipment needed by users in performing fitness activities. The activities carried out so far are administrative management processes for customers who have not used a computerized system and still use books as a medium, so that the process of collecting and storing data is less effective and efficient. The purpose of this paper is to design and build a customer administration information system to manage all data for the purpose of running a fitness equipment rental business. The method used is to use the Waterfall method to help smooth the research process. By building information systems using the unifield modeling language (UML), and supported by the PHP5 programming language and connecting to the MySQL database

Abstract

Internet users in Indonesia experienced a significant increase, namely from the total Indonesian population in 2017 amounting to 262 Million People and Internet users 143.26 Million, while in 2018 there was an increase in population and Internet users, with a total population of 264,16 Million People and Internet users 171.17 million. The use of the internet to merchants has reached a maximum percentage of 100%, so it can be concluded to buy and sell in 2018 the population in Indonesia is more utilizing online information media. Web-based media is one of the technological solutions that can be implemented for the process of selling goods. With the existence of information technology, it can be developed in any field according to user needs. The information system developed is a web-assisted information system, android. In the study there are several stages that must be completed and these stages refer to existing theories in previous studies is to use the Waterfall method which consists of Analysis, Design, Coding, and Testing. SDLC is a stage in developing or editing a software system by implementing models and methods that people use in developing previous software based on best practice or well-tested ways. With opportunities like this, the internet can be used as a platform to build a system, specifically for the sales system at the Minimarket Hutasoit.

Abstract

The development of technology in the era of globalization attracted many people in finding alternatives to solve problems in the field of information technology. The progress of information technology is an interest for humans to support and facilitate their work. One way is to use technology to get information, which is in the field of education. SMK Negeri 3 Batam is a vocational high school in the field of technology and engineering. Vocational school located in Batam precisely located at JL. Letjend S.Parman, Kelurahan Duriangkang, Sungai Beduk Subdistrict, which was established precisely in 2007. In accessing information in the form of announcements, currently SMK Negeri 3 still uses bulletin media in information distribution and through microphones in the form of notifications to students, this is not all students listen to the announcement carefully and the information becomes less clear which will make students not know the information. Thus need a learning system that can solve this, one of which is a learning system or by using internet-based technology that will make it easy for students to access information related to learning material and access to information in the form of announcements. E-learning is the use of electronic technology to create learning experiences. The e-learning system can be implemented through technology support directed to support the teaching process that is packed with electronic / digital format and in its implementation requires a website-based computer media on an internet site.

Abstract

ABSTRAK Wiper is one component of the trunk used to clean the dirt in the mirror from rain or other dirt. Because technology development will emerge between companies. One of the wiper components produced by PT Valeo AC Indonesia-Batam is rubber with various types and sizes. The quality of rubber swept on the car glass affect the cleanliness of the car glass from dirt or rainwater. In the production process there is still a demaged product, it is necessary to analyze the demage product data and evaluate the data processing result using the Statistical Process Control (SPC) method. The purpose of this study is to analyze the defects occurring in rubber product. This study uses p-control chart to analize the number of defective product from the processing data indicating that there is data out of control limits. To analyze the cause of the defect, fishbone diagrams are applied to defects occuring in rubber product.On the control chart there is one defective data that is out control limit of 53 data with an avarage p value of 0.33361. Factors affecting defects in rubber based on analysis are human, machines, materials, environments and method, this study is expected to be useful for companies to improve the quality of rubber and customer satisfaction.

Abstract

Refers to the times, expert systems have been used in various fields. In its use an expert system is a system developed to include expert thinking in solving problems in a field into a technology-based application or system. Seeing the many uses of motorized vehicles, in this study the expert system will be used as a solution to the problem of damage to the 250cc Ninja Kawasaki motor vehicle. This expert system is designed with an androidbased application and will identify existing damage based on the symptoms that will appear on the application screen and selected by the 250cc Kawasaki Ninja motorcycle users who want to repair the damage to the motorbike. Identification data and symptoms used are data from the company's mechanical staff who work directly with the motor of the brand. This expert system application is also built with the forward chaining method and using Android studio as a developer application

Abstract

The main purpose of this paper is to control electricity such as turn on or turn off the lights at home everyday life. The concept of Hi-tech Future Home where electronic equipment that connected to the internet can be controlled and this enables them to system development. Voice Command Recognition concept is a control system using voice commands.Voice commands ease users because users don't need to learn a new applications. The tool is designed to facilitate control because most switches are located far away from users who difficult to stand or reach the light switch. The tool also makes it easy for users who often forget to turn off the light when they left the house. The tool that will be designed as a controlling system is a merger between a smartphone and a voice command. Voice control are given to the Google Assistant and with IFTTT (If This Than That)and ioAdafruits, the voice is translated and then sent to the microcontroller. control relay connected to it as needed, change devices connected to each relay to turn on or turn off according to user commands to the Google Assistant. The microcontroller used is NodeMCU and communication between the microcontroller and application is done via Wi-Fi (Internet).

Abstract

At the time of the rainy season, some people especially housewives will worried when doing homework like hanging clothes. Added to this is the result of global warming that is occurring at this time causing a very difficult change of weather. There is a sudden change of weather from hot to rain or vice versa, consequently it could be clothes that are not dry when rain and forget to lifted. From the description of the problem above, the author get the idea to create a towing tool that can work clothes automatically. The tool uses the Arduino Uno microcontroller coupled with wet sensor (water) and light sensor (LDR).
