Abstract

Pasca Pandemi Covid-19 berdampak cukup besar pada pertumbuhan dan perkembangan omset penjualan serta pengelolaan usaha kecil dan menengah. Salah satu UMKM yang terdampak dalam pengelolaan usahanya adalah UMKM Delicio di Kelurahan Damai Baru. Teknik pengelolaan pemasaran usaha yang mengandalkan promosi melalui sosial media instagram dan whatsapp belum mampu mendongkrak omset penjualanya sehingga melalui kegiatan pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk memberikan pendampingan terhadap pelaku usaha UMKM Delicio di Kelurahan Damai Baru terkait strategi pemasaran promosi melalui sosial media dengan menggunakan jasa influencer foodvlogger. Metode pendampingan yang digunakan dalam kegiatan ini berupa observasi/wawancara, pemanfaatan media promosi aplikasi online; facebook market place dan jasa influencer foodvlogger serta kegiatan sosialisasi kewirausahaan. Hasil dari pengabdian menunjukkan bahwa pengelolaan strategi pemasaran promosi dengan memanfaatkan jasa influencer foodvlogger berdampak positif terhadap peningkatan omset penjualan UMKM Delicio di Kelurahan Damai Baru. Kata Kunci: Promosi, Sosial Media, Influencer, FoodVlogger, Pemasaran, Manajemen Since Covid-19 pandemic has had a significant impact on the growth and development of sales turnover and the management of small and medium businesses. One of the MSME affected by the management of their business is Delicio MSME in Damai Baru Village. Business marketing that rely on promotions via instagram and whatsapp social media have not been able to increase sales turnover, so through this service activity the aim is to provide assistance to Delicio MSME business actors in Damai Baru Village regarding strategy promotional marketing via social media using the services of foodvlogger influencer. The mentoring methods used in this activity are observation/interview, utilization of online application promotional media; facebook market places and foodvlogger influencer services as well as entrepreneurial socialization activities. The results of the service show that managing promotional strategies by utilizing the services of foodvlogger influencer has a positive impact on increasing the sales turnover of Delicio MSME in Damai Baru Village.
