Pengembangan Sistem Informasi Manajemen Donasi Berbasis Web untuk Transparansi Pengelolaan Donasi

Abstract

Abstrak : Kemajuan teknologi informasi membuka peluang baru untuk berdonasi secara online. E-Donate, sebuah platform online, merupakan solusi efektif untuk mendukung masyarakat dengan transparansi dan aksesibilitas yang tinggi. Namun Yayasan Bina Insan Murni (BINSANI) menghadapi tantangan pengelolaan donasi secara manual menggunakan Microsoft Excel. Hal ini tidak efisien dan kurang transparan bagi para donatur. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang dan mengembangkan sistem informasi pengelolaan donasi berbasis website yang memudahkan pengelola dalam melakukan kegiatan penggalangan dana dan bagi donatur dalam memantau donasi dan laporannya. Metode penelitian menggunakan Research and Development (R&D) dengan pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara, tinjauan pustaka, dan pengambilan sampel yang ditentukan dengan menggunakan rumus Lemeshow. Sistem dikembangkan menggunakan teknik prototyping, pemodelan Unified Modeling Language (UML), dan perancangan prototipe menggunakan Balsamiq Wireframes. Pengujian sistem dilakukan dengan menggunakan pengujian black box dan System Usability Scale (SUS) untuk mengukur kepuasan pengguna, dengan rata-rata skor 72,75 untuk administrator dan 70,93 untuk donatur, termasuk dalam kategori “Baik”. Berdasarkan hasil survei, sistem e-donate berbasis website memudahkan pengelolaan donasi di Yayasan BINSANI dan diterima dengan baik oleh pengguna, namun masih perlu perbaikan  terutama dari segi desain dan kegunaan. Penelitian selanjutnya disarankan untuk mengevaluasi antarmuka pengguna, meningkatkan pelatihan pengguna, dan menambahkan fitur dukungan pengguna.==================================================Abstract:Advances in information technology open up new opportunities to donate online. E-Donate, an online platform, is an effective solution to support society with high transparency and accessibility. However, the Bina Insan Murni Foundation (BINSANI) faces the challenge of managing donations manually using Microsoft Excel. This is inefficient and lacks transparency for donors. This research aims to design and develop a website-based donation management system that makes it easier for managers to carry out fundraising activities and share donor information in combining donations and reports. The research method uses Research and Development (R&D) with data collection through observation, interviews, library observations, and sampling determined using the Lemeshow formula. The system was developed using prototyping techniques, Unified Modeling Language (UML) modeling, and prototype design using Balsamiq Wireframes. System testing was carried out using black box testing and the System Usability Scale (SUS) to measure user satisfaction, with an average score of 72.75 for administrators and 70.93 for donors, included in the "Good" category. Based on the survey results, the website-based e-donate system makes it easier to manage donations at the BINSANI Foundation and is well received by users, but still needs improvement, especially in terms of design and usability. Future research is recommended for user interface, improving user training, and adding user support features.
