Changes occur in various aspects of life. It’s very massive in various fields, especially in manufacture fields which utilize the sophistication of technology and the information that we faced today is called the Era of Industrial Revolution 4.0. the impact of various life activities is dominated by the use of various technology. The efforts to pass the changes are demanded us to improve the quality of human resources; quality of self by developing skills and increasing knowledge and the need to be lifelong learners. It can be concluded that lifelong learning is the key to pass through this era of industrial revolution.
