<![CDATA[The high number of illegal parking that disrupts traffic flow, despite existing regulations.This research aims to evaluate the effectiveness of the implementation of these regulations in regulating illegal parking along Jalan Jenderal Ahmad Yani.The research methodology uses a qualitative approach with purposive sampling and snowball sampling techniques to determine informants.Data collection was conducted through interviews, observations, and documentation.The research results show that although the Transportation Department has enforced regulations, many people still violate the rules due to a lack of awareness and understanding of the existing regulations.The discussion reveals that effective communication between the government and the public is very important to improve compliance with regulations.In addition, adequate human resources and facilities also play a role in the successful implementation of policies.The conclusion of this study emphasizes that although there have been efforts at regulation, better strategies in socialization and law enforcement are still needed to achieve the policy goals]]>
