<![CDATA[The research objective was to describe and analyze the occupational health and safety program at Raden Mattaher Hospital, Jambi. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative. The description of the occupational health and safety program, namely in the human aspect, provides guidance to employees, imposes sanctions for those who violate it and determines working hours. on the aspect of equipment and supplies pay attention to the working tools used, pay attention to the placement of materials and provide equipment as personal protective equipment. On the facility aspect, the company registers social security for all employees, provides fire prevention and control infrastructure, and the company provides backup electricity. on the aspect of the work environment the company pays attention to good lighting, temperature control and cleanliness in the workplace. The implementation of the occupational health and safety program has been going well except for the aspect of equipment and supplies. Suggestions for Raden Mattaher Jambi Hospital, namely, that companies should pay attention to aspects of equipment and equipment, namely the condition of K3 equipment and equipment is not good which makes work less comfortable. and comfortable at work.]]>
