Abstract

  This research focuses on tranformational leaderhsip and its relevance with public organization.The purpose is to examine the role of mediaton on superior subordinate relationshion the context of transformational leadership,withcitizenship and employee performance.The result shows 1)transformational leadership influence significantnly on superio subordinate subordinate relationship,citizenship berhavior,and employee performance,2)superior subordinate relationship effect the citizenship behavior and employee performance.The most finding of this research is superiot\rsubordinater relationship strongly mediates the relation of transformational relationship and citizenship behavior and the employee performan.Kewords:Kepemimpinan transformasional,hubungan atasan-bawahan,perilaku citizenship,kinerja,Survei,Universitas Jambi

Abstract

This research purpose is to analyze the relationship between consumer perceptions on poperty purchusing decsision of Villa Gading Mayang Jambi. Research sample is the owners that consists of 30 respondents. The analysis tool use ranking scale method on the consumer perceptions. Research results shows that the indicators considered to be the factor are prices influence consumer decisions and folowed by purchasing systems, environmental infrastructure, model / type of housing, quality of the home, the location of housing, and supporting facilities occupy the final sequence that gives the smallest index value. Abstract

Quality of service is the requirement of service user especially for public perception on the government services where the service quality is still low. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the quality of government services by using the theory of Gronroos that is technical quality, functional quality and corporate image to the satisfaction of service users. This research uses explanatory survey, data were collected through questionnaires, interviews and observation. Based on the results : simultaneously technical quality functional quality and corporate image has a significant influence on satisfaction. And partially, only the corporate image that have a significant effect on service user satisfaction KPKNL Jambi Keywords : Technical quality, functional quality, corporate image and service user satisfaction

Abstract

The purpose of of this research is to examine the influence of work descipline and Work Competencies on Employee Performance Agricultural’s Fishery and Forest Office in City of Jamb. Research type that counducted is survey where office’s employee chousen to be sample. Results shows that work desipline and work work competencies effect employee performance significantly. Hence, it is recommended the management to improve the competencies and descipline to improve the performance. Key Words. SKPD, work competencies, work descipline and and organization

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of leadership and work environment on employee performance. Research is conducted at Kota Baru District Jambi City, respondents is 55 employees. The results show that leadership and work environment are simultaneously have positive and significant effect on employee performance. leadership and work environment influence of on employee performance is partially positive and significant. However, leaders need to monitor and evaluate work activities of employees, directing and empowering employees to manage the administration of rewards and sanctions as well or provide / budgeted labor facilities or equipment that can improve employee job performance in compliance with the Civil Service.Keywords : Leadership, work environment, employee performance, partisipative survey and Kota Baru distrik Jambi city

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to examine the effect of transfer climate on transfermotivation and training transfer in context of climate transfer and training transfer. Data are collected from 176 respondents; they are administration employee of Jambi University.Data analysis useRegression both Simple and Multiple Regressions. Research result shows that there is mediating mechanism in contexet of Climate transfer and training transfer. Hence, it is could be concluded that the leader encourage employee to transfer their knowledge after training followed by creating organization climate condusively. Abstract

This research examines the effect of job satisfaction and organizational commitment on employee performace.Sample has chosen at the Provincial Healt Service that consists of 72 persons.Statistical analyisis used MultipleRegressions thatconsists of simultaneus test and parital test.Based on the analysis it is found that job satisfaction and organizational commitment simultaneously have a significant effect on employee performance.Hence, employee preformance could be improved by improve job satisfaction and organizational comitment. Organizational comittment actually has distinguised condition allowed ther official organization structur. So, formal leader has to encourage employee to be more performed throug job satisfaction conditions. Keywords: employee performance, job satisfaciton and organization commitment

Abstract

The Stock Price as firms valueindicatoris influence by fundamental factors basically was influenced by business firms financial ratio such as Current Ratio (CR), Total Asset Turn Over (TATO), Debt to Assets Ratio (DAR), Return on Equity (ROE), Earning Per Share (EPS), dan Price Earning Ratio (PER ).This research uses secondary data that collect from Pharmacy Industries in periode of 2008-2010 year.Based on research results, the entire independent ratio influences Stock Price significantly. It is shows by the value R2, where 88, 20 percent variation of Stock Price is could be explained by finantial ratios.Furthermore, partially ROE and EPS has significant effect. Abstract

This study aims are: (1) Determine an overview of the motivation, ability, role perceptions and situational organization and performance of teachers SMAN 4 Jambi. (2) Determine the influence of motivation, ability, role perceptions and situational organization on teacher performance SMAN 4 Jambi. (3) Analyze the factors that affect the performance of teachers SMAN 4 Jambi. (1) The results showed that the average score of five variables situational variables that organizations obtain the mean score of the high category, while the other four variables (X1, X2, X3) in the medium category. (3) the results of the t test is known that the motivation factor (X1) with a probability value (sig) 0.000 <0.05; ability (X2) with probability value 0.008 <0.05, and situational organization (X4) have a significant effect on performance (Y). While the perception of the role (X3) with probability 0.269> 0.05 no significant effect on performance(Y). Abstract

This study aim is to determine the effect of customer orientation, marketing mix, capability, competitive advantage on export marketing orientation.Data was collected through 100 respondents that adpopted survey as research method. Data collection using questionnaire and then the data were analyzed using SEM tools. The study found that competitive advantage positive effect on export marketing orientation. Moreover,customer orientation and marketing mix have a significant indirect effect on export marketing orientation.
