ENBener Meriah Regency in Aceh is one that has touched on the Covid 19 pandemic so that the learning process, especially Biology learning, is carried out from home through distance learning (PJJ) which is carried out online. Biology learning is important to continue to be carried out because with Biology students can form a responsible attitude and bring up active actions in solving problems and equip students for careers in the world. This research is a qualitative descriptive research that is used to describe the problems that occur in Biology learning during a pandemic in terms of process standards, educator standards and infrastructure standards. The data collection technique uses a questionnaire through Google Form and interviews with teachers. The research subjects were Biology subject teachers at SMA/SMK/equivalent in Bener Meriah Regency. The results showed that the problems in learning Biology boldly in Bener Meriah Regency, namely students' learning motivation, literacy skills, cognitive abilities, students' creative thinking skills, pedagogic competence and social teachers, as well as the provision of educational tools and media. IDKabupaten Bener Meriah di Aceh termasuk salah satu yang terdampak pandemic Covid 19 sehingga proses pembelajaran khususnya pembelajaran Biologi dilaksanakan dari rumah melalui pembelajaran jarak jauh (PJJ) yang dilakukan secara daring (online). Pembelajaran Biologi penting untuk tetap dilaksanakan dikarenakan dengan Biologi peserta didik dapat membentuk sikap bertanggung jawab dan memunculkan tindakan aktif dalam pemecahan masalah serta membekali peserta didik dalam karir di dunia. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif deskripstif yang digunakan untuk mendeskripsikan permasalahan-permasalahan yang terjadi pada pembelajaran Biologi secara daring selama pandemic ditinjau dari aspek standar proses, standar pendidik dan standar sarana prasarana. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan lembar angket melalui Google Form dan wawancara terhadap guru. Subjek penelitian yaitu guru-guru mata pelajaran Biologi di SMA/SMK/Sederajat di Kabupaten Bener Meriah. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa masalah dalam pembelajaran Biologi secara daring di Kabupaten Bener Meriah, yaitu motivasi belajar siswa, kemampuan literasi, kemampuan kognitif, kemampuan berfikir kreatif siswa, kompetensi pedagogik dan sosial guru, serta penyediaan alat dan media Pendidikan.
