Abstrak: Pengabdian ini berfokus pada rendahnya pemahaman pelaku usaha di Desa Silanu, Jeneponto, terhadap Undang-Undang Perlindungan Konsumen. Tujuannya adalah meningkatkan kesadaran dan keterampilan pelaku usaha dalam memberikan layanan yang sesuai standar hukum. Metode yang digunakan meliputi sosialisasi dan penyuluhan, bekerja sama dengan pemerintah desa sebagai mitra Pendukung yaitu warga desa Silanu Kabupate Jeneponto. Evaluasi dilakukan melalui kuesioner sebelum dan sesudah kegiatan, serta observasi langsung untuk melihat perubahan perilaku dan pemahaman. Hasil menunjukkan peningkatan keterampilan layanan konsumen sebesar 30% dan pertumbuhan ekonomi rata-rata 15%, memperkuat posisi pelaku usaha di pasar. Keberlanjutan program dipertahankan lewat pendampingan rutin dan monitoring berkala. Abstract: This community service was motivated by the limited understanding among business owners in Silanu Village, Jeneponto, regarding the Consumer Protection Law. The main objective is to enhance their awareness and skills in providing legally compliant services. The methods employed include socialisation and counseling, collaborating with the local government is the residents of Silanu Village as the key partner. Evaluation was carried out through pre- and post-activity questionnaires and direct observations to assess changes in behavior and comprehension. Findings indicate a 30% improvement in customer service skills and a 15% economic growth, reinforcing the competitive position of local businesses. Sustainability is ensured through regular mentoring and periodic monitoring.
