<![CDATA[ABSTRAKWabah covid-19 menyebabkan banyak kerugian di kalangan masyarakat yang berdampak pada kehidupan. Indonesia salah satu negara yang terjangkit virus covid-19, hal ini menjadi dampak yang merugikan negara maupun masyarakat. Pemerintah mengeluarkan kebijakan pembatasan sosial berskala besar yang bertujuan agar dapat memutus penyebaran covid 19. Salah satu dampak yang terjadi akibat covid 19 yaitu pemutusan hubungan kerja. Pemutusan Hubungan Kerja bagi pekerja/buruh merupakan awal kesengsaraan karena sejak saat itu penderitaan akan menimpa pekerja itu sendiri maupun keluarganya dengan hilangnya penghasilan. Pemutusan Hubungan Kerja yang dilakukan oleh beberapa perusahaan kepada pekerja/ buruh dengan alasan Force majeure atau keadaan memaksa. Pemutusan Hubungan Kerja menjadi jalan terakhir dalam penyelesaian masalah ini.ABSTRACTThe Covid-19 outbreak caused many losses in the community which had an impact on life.
