Given the urgency of equalizing access and equalizing the quality of education, the government has implemented an education zoning policy. The zoning-based policy is one of the right policies for equalizing access and quality of education because the principle is to bring education services closer to the community and equalize the quality of education. With this policy, it is expected to be able to equalize education.
