Abstract

In the present times, the advance technology has made media become accessible for almost everyone and eventually the excessive information makes people barricade themselves, including from marketing messages. As one of the world leading advertising agencies, Dentsu Inc. developed Cross Communication approach to create marketing strategy based on AISAS model. Dentsu’s Cross Communication marketing approach is designed to reach in through customer barrier and enticing them out from the solitary. Abstract

Abstract.This study was conducted based problems of poor learning outcomes of students in science subjects. Of the 22 students obtained an average grade of 65,45 and 50% of students have not reached a value above the minimum completeness criteria (KKM) has been established, while the KKM predetermined namely 70. This research aims to improve learning outcomes fifth grade science students Elementary School 63 Pekanbaru through the application of the model Quantum Teaching. The shape of this study is a collaborative action research. Said to be collaborative because in this study the researchers in collaboration with the other fifth grade teacher. This research was conducted at the State Elementary School 63 Pekanbaru. While the study period starting from January through April 2016. As the subjects in this study were teachers and students of class V SD Negeri 63 Pekanbaru school year 2015/2016 the number of students as many as 22 people consisting of 8 boys and 14 female student. Based on the results of research and pembahsan it can be concluded that the application of Quantum Teaching learning model can improve student learning outcomes. Learning outcome from a base score to the first cycle that of the average of 65,45 to 72,50 with a 10,77% increase. IPA learning outcome from a base score to the second cycle that is average to 72,95 with an increase of 11,46%. This means that the application of Quantum Teaching learning model can improve student learning outcomes.Key Words: Quantum Teaching, Learning Outcomes IPA.

Abstract

Artikel ini membahas tentang peran urang sumando dalam baralek di Kalumbuk. Urang sumando ikut berpartisipasi pada saat sebelum menikah, pada saat baralek sampai sesudah baralek. Penelitian ini dianalisis dengan teori fungsionalisme struktural oleh Radcliffe-Brown. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan tipe penelitian etnografi. Hasil penelitian mengungkapkan adanya peran urang sumando dalam baralek di Kalumbuk Kecamatan Kuranji Kota Padang Sumatera Barat. Urang sumando yang memiliki peran saat acara baralek bukan hanya urang sumando dari pihak keluarga tetapi seluruh urang sumando yang ada di Kalumbuk akan ikut berpartisipasi pada saat acara baralek mulai dari sebelum menikah, pada waktu baralek dan sesudah baralek. Adapun peran urang sumando pada saat baralek di Kalumbuk yaitu mulai dari sebelum menikah yaitu, mancaliak minantu, mambuek hari, maagiah gala. Peran urang sumando pada waktu baralek yaitu, manjapuik marapulai, manunggu manjapuik marapulai, malakek kain dan manatiang dan peran urang sumando sesudah baralek yaitu, manjapuik marapulai malam dan manunggu manjapuik marapulai malam.

Abstract

Abstrak:Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana tata cara upacara mamapas lewu, fungsi serta maknanya bagi kehidupan masyarakat di Kota Kasongan Kalimantan Tengah. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kualitatif deskriptif. Sumber data yaitu data primer dan data sekunder. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi sedangkan teknik analisis data menggunakan pengumpulan data (data collection), reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Mamapas lewu adalah salah satu implementasi ajaran Hindu kaharingan dalam mewujudkan rasa hormat, dan terima kasih kepada Tuhan (Ranying Hatalla Langit) karena telah menjaga alam dan kampung dari marabahaya. Mamapas Lewu dilakukan karena adanya suatu peristiwa atau kejadian yang berhubungan dengan pembunuhan, ancaman keselamatan, atau kejadian di timpa musibah penyakit yang menimpa seluruh penduduk atau kota. Upacara ini bertujuan untuk membersihkan alam dan lingkungan hidup (petak danum) beserta segala isinya dari berbagai bahaya dan celaka agar diberikan keberuntungan, keselamatan, umur yang panjang, rejeki yang melimpah serta ketentraman lahir batin kepada seluruh penduduk kampung atau kota.Kata Kunci: Upacara Adat Dayak; Mamapas Lewu; Kota Kasongan Abstract:This study aims to find out how the mamapas lewu ceremony is performed, its function and meaning for human life in Kasongan City, Central Kalimantan.The research method used is descriptive qualitative. Data sources are primary data and secondary data. Data collection techniques use interviews, observation, and documentation, while data analysis techniques use data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. Mamapas lewu is one of the implementations of Hindu kaharingan teachings in realizing respect, and thanks to God (Ranying Hatalla Langit) for protecting nature and the village from harm. Mamapas Lewu is carried out because of an incident or incidents related to murder, a threat to safety, or an incident that occurs when a disaster strikes the entire population or the city. This activity aims to clean nature and the environment (Petak Danum) and all its contents from various dangers and misfortunes in order to be given luck, safety, long life, abundant fortune and inner and outer peace to all residents of the village or city.Keywords: Dayak Tradisional Ceremony; Mamapas Lewu; Kasongan city

Abstract

Fenomena negara asal produk menjadi masalah yang penting saat ini, hal ini mengarah pada era baru persaingan, peluang pertumbuhan dan rantai pasok yang semakin kompleks. Adanya perbedaan persepsi konsumen terhadap merek smartphone yang diproduksi oleh perusahaan di suatu negara merupakan fenomena yang terjadi saat ini. Dimana persaingan produk sejenis sangat ketat dengan mutu dan harga produk yang perbedaannya tidak cukup signifikan sehingga mendorong produsen smartphone untuk memanfaatkan informasi tentang negara asal sebagai diferensiasi dari produknya. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana pengaruh Country of Manufacturing yang dimediasi oleh Country of Design terhadap Evaluasi Produk dan Minat Beli pada produk smartphone Apple. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif yang datanya bersumber dari isian kuesioner 171 pengguna smartphone Apple dengan pendekatan Explanative Research. Model analisis yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah Structural Equation Modelling (SEM) dengan menggunakan PLS. Penelitian ini menemukan bahwa Country of Design Information secara signifikan mampu memediasi Country of Manufacturing Information terhadap Evaluasi Produk dan Minat Beli pada Produk Smartphone Apple.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to reveal that divorce is contested as a result of domestic violence that has exceeded the limit, so that it is considered a crisis and crucial in family problems. There are two problems, namely how the judge considers in making a decision on a contested divorce case, and how to uphold the law and justice in a contested divorce case. Data analysis was carried out using the theory of law enforcement and gender justice, using a socio-anthropological approach. The results show that the consideration of judges in deciding divorce cases as harmonization in law enforcement is that the husband's position in the household. He cannot commit arbitrary acts and physical, psychological, sexual and financial violence, excessive burdens on wives, as the implementation of gender justice. Harmonization of law enforcement and gender justice in divorce cases is realizing and protecting the rights of wives with equal position with husband so they don't continue to be victims of violence, not in a marginal position in the household. This research can be recommended to continue to do research that is more perfect in uncovering cases of divorce due to domestic violence.

Abstract

Ekolalia ialah suatu kondisi dimana terjadi pengulangan kata-kata, frase, atau kalimat pada tuturan kata dari orang lain. Kondisi tersebut menyebabkan terhambatnya perkembangan bahasa pada anak. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis speech delay pada anak usia 6 tahun (Studi Kasus di TK Aisyah 5 Parepare). Metode yang digunakan oleh peneliti dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kualitatif yang menggunakan pendekatan studi kasus. Lokasi dari penelitian ini adalah di TK Aisyiyah 5 Parepare, subjek dari penelitian ini berinisial AN yang sekarang telah berusia 6 tahun dan berada di kelas B dengan jumlah siswa siswa di kelas AN sebanyak 30 orang siswa. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa AN mengalami speech delay yang disebabkan oleh step. AN mengalami step pada umur satu tahun sampai usia dua tahun. Pada usia tiga tahun step tersebut tidak muncul lagi. Namun pada usia empat sampai lima tahun, AN kembali mengalami step. Pada usia lima tahun AN mulai sekolah di TK Aisyah 5 Parepare. Sejak saat itu AN tidak lagi mengalami step hingga saat ini.

Abstract

The company's goal in carrying out its business activities is to obtain optimal profits in order to provide value to shareholders and other stakeholders. This study aims to examine the effect of corporate governance disclosure, intellectual capital, value added capital employed, value added human capital and structured capital value added on financial performance. The object of this research is health sector companies listed on the IDX for the 2017-2021 period. With purposive sampling, 13 companies or 65 observations were obtained. Panel data regression with eviews 12 software was used to analyze the research data. The results showed that only corporate governance disclosure had a positive effect. The findings of this research indicate that health sector companies are relatively less innovative because their average intellectual capital is relatively diverse. The limitations of this study are shown by an adjusted r square of 14.39%; therefore, it is advisable to explore factors that have the potential to effect financial performance in future studies. Advice for companies to innovate operating activities to improve financial performance and maintain business continuity. The results of this study can also be considered by investors as important information for investment decisions.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of Capital Structure, Company Size, and Investment Decisions on Firm Value with Profitability as an Intervening variable in Food and Beverage Subsector Companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2018-2022 Period. The type of research used in this study is associative with a quantitative approach. The data collection method uses a survey sample. The population in this study amounted to 26 companies. Data analysis techniques using path analysis and multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that Capital Structure has a negative and significant effect on Firm Value, Company Size and Profitability have a significant positive effect on firm value while Investment Decisions have a positive and insignificant effect on Firm Value. Capital Structure has a negative and significant effect on Profitability, while Company Size and Investment Decisions have a positive and insignificant effect on Profitability. While Profitability as an intervening variable is able to mediate Capital Structure, while Profitability as an intervening variable is unable to mediate Company Size and Investment Decisions on Firm Value.

Abstract

Physics learning is inseparable from curriculum updates that always coexist with educational progress. To ensure that students can understand relevant physics concepts/principles/laws and provide them with the skills they need to face problems in the future, it is very important to develop physics learning tools that are aligned with Merdeka's curriculum. The goal of this project is to provide workable Physics Blended Discovery Learning Tools (PBDLT) for the Merdeka curriculum. Research and development using the ADDIE development model—Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation—is the nature of this kind of study. In this study, PBDLT development was limited to the development stage with research subjects, i.e., 30 students of class VIII-8 of SMPN 2 Banda Aceh in physics subject and 3 science teachers. Expert validation questionnaires (material and learning design specialists) and practicality tests were used to gauge the viability of PBDLT. Following data collection, descriptive quantitative methods with percentage analysis were used to examine the data. The learning design expert validation test yielded 91.5% with a very valid category and a rate of 93.25% for the material expert validation exam. Furthermore, the student response exam yielded 93% with a very good category while the instructor response test yielded 92.7%. The Physics Blended Discovery Learning Tools (PBDLT) developed by the researchers are viable for use in large-scale trials in the learning process within the Merdeka curriculum, according to the research's findings.
