<![CDATA[The school literacy program is one of the programs to support increasing school literacy skills. This research aims to analyze the implementation of the school literacy program at SDN 4 Cakranegara. This research use desciptive qualitative approach. The data collection techniques used are observation, interviews and documentation. Data analysis is based on Miles and Huberman's guidelines which begin with reducing data, presenting data and drawing conclusions. The sources of informants in this research were teachers and students. The results of data analysis show that the implementation of the school literacy program at SDN 4 Cakranegara went through several stages; implementation stage, namely 15 minute reading activity, class reading corner, wall magazine, library, public involvement, development stage; reading together, learning stages; organizing literacy-based classes, making school literacy team schedules. Supporting factors; the existence of reading books, libraries, school funds, parental support and enthusiasm from school teachers. Obstacle factor; reading has not become a priority habit for students and teachers, new reading sources, some infrastructure is not ready to support literacy programs. The conclusion from this research is that literacy programs in elementary schools can run with the support and initiative of educators, financial support and facilities from the government to help schools realize literacy habits.]]>
