Every citizen has the right to obtain the right to education, including children in conflict with the law. This is guaranteed in Law Number 11 of 2012 concerning the Juvenile Criminal Justice System. Article 3 states that: "Children who are in the juvenile criminal justice system have the right to access education." Education must be provided by social rehabilitation institutions, one of which is the Mataram Paramita Center, because with education a person can learn how to humanize humans. The method used is qualitative research with descriptive methods. The results of this research show that Sentra Paramita Mataram carries out a strategy to fulfill the educational rights of Children in Conflict with the Law through two types of strategies, namely intramural and extramural. The intramural strategy carried out within the scope of the Sentra Paramita Mataram institution includes forms of fulfilling educational rights carried out intramurally, namely the types of informal education and non-formal education. Informal education is carried out in the form of physical therapy, mental spiritual therapy and psychosocial therapy. Meanwhile, non-formal education is carried out in the form of vocational training or entrepreneurship development. And extramural strategies are implemented outside the scope of the Sentra Paramita Mataram institution, namely formal education. The factors that influence Sentra Paramita Mataram's strategy in fulfilling the educational rights of Children in Conflict with the Law have been classified into two factors, namely internal factors and external factors. The internal factors are children's learning motivation, educational facilities and infrastructure, and educational accessibility, while external factors, namely parent/guardian participation and community involvement.
