<![CDATA[The purpose of this study is to produce development products in the form of teaching materials for grade IV, namely Digital Book assisted by Flip PDF Professional based on QR Code material in the form of substances and changes. This research uses development methods (Research & Development) with ADDIE, Analysis (analysis) models, Design (design), Development (development), Implementation (implementation), and Evaluation (evaluation). Instruments used in the form of packets. Product validity tests are conducted by media experts, material experts and linguists. Media expert results reached 95%, material expert assessment reached 93% and language expert assessment reached 89%. Furthermore, the effectiveness test is based on the results of the teacher's response angket and the dance test is based on the student's response angket. The results of the teacher's response angket are 100% with very effective categories and the results of the seswa response are 97% categorically very interesting. Based on all analysis results, it can be concluded that the Digital Book assisted by the QR Code-based Flip PDF Professional is very interesting and effective in using material learning the form of substances and changes.]]>
