The aim of this research is to present the latest data, evaluate and describe the analysis of the test items using Rasch model in elementary school. The research method used in this research is literature review using the Narrative Literature Review (NLR) model with the Compare technique. The findings obtained from this research can be concluded that teachers in elementary schools routinely carry out summative assessments and analyze question items both manually and with the help of applications. The Rasch model is one way that can make the teacher's work easier in analyzing test items. The implication of this research is that in the future the Rasch model can be developed in a way of working that is easier for teachers to use
