<![CDATA[The decline in student achievement standards is attributed to low interest in learning caused by the inadequate use of media. The aim of this research is to determine the effect of audiovisual media on improving students' interest and achievement in Grade III at UPTD SDN Noreh 1 Sampang. The research method employed quantitative approach through experimentation. The population and sample of the study consisted of 20 students. Data analysis was conducted through validity, reliability, and normality tests. Hypothesis testing was performed using Paired Sample T-test. The study indicates a significant improvement in students' interest and learning achievement after utilizing audiovisual media. The use of such media also has a significant positive impact on students' interest and learning achievement. In conclusion, audiovisual media is effective in enhancing students' interest and achievement (understanding).]]>
