This research aims to determine the correlation between learning motivation and mathematical literacy in class V students at SDN Gugus III, Sandubaya District, academic year 2023/2024. This research was conducted using product moment correlation. The subjects in this research were class V students at SDN Gugus III, Sandubaya District, consisting of 74 students at SDN 8, 37, 28, 44 and 32 Cakranegara. The learning motivation identified in this research is intrinsic learning motivation. The identified mathematical literacy abilities are focused on the data elements and uncertainty of phase c. The data collection technique in this research used a learning motivation questionnaire with 30 statement items and a mathematical literacy test in the form of 10 multiple choice questions. The data obtained were analyzed using the prerequisite test, namely the normality test using the Kolmogorov-Smirnov test with a significance level of 5% (0.05) and continued with the linearity test carried out using the Test of Linearity. Next, test the hypothesis using the Pearson product moment correlation test. Based on the results of data analysis, it is known that the significance value is 0.000, 0.000 < 0.05. Then, looking at the rcount value of 0.418 and rtable for N=74 and a significance level of 0.05, namely 0.2287, 0.418 > 0.2287, where the level of relationship between the learning motivation variable and the mathematical literacy variable is included in the medium categorization. Ho was rejected and Ha was accepted, which shows that there is a unidirectional relationship between learning motivation and mathematical literacy of class V students at SDN Gugus III, Sandubaya District, Academic Year 2023/2024.
