Abstract

Salah satu standar penting dalam NCTM adalah kemampuan problem solving. Standar ini dapat diimplementasikan ke dalam pembelajaran melalui penerapan model pembelajaran berbasis masalah (PBL). Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu untuk mendeskripsikan proses internalisasi standar problem solving ke dalam pembelajaran yang dilakukan oleh guru sekolah dasar melalui model PBL. Pendekatan penelitian yang digunakan adalah kualitatif deskriptif. Subjek penelitian dalam penelitian ini yaitu 24 guru sekolah dasar kelas tinggi di Gugus IV Kota Mataram. Metode pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan angket survey secara online melalui platform google form dan wawancara melalui media whatsapp. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa 23 subjek (95,8%) sudah mendengar istilah problem solving. sedangkan 1 subjek (4,2%) belum mendengar istilah problem solving. Pendalaman hasil penelitian menemukan bahwa proses internalisasi standar problem solving dalam pembelajaran matematika yang dilakukan oleh guru sekolah dasar di Kota Mataram sudah baik.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the process of identifying elementary student teacher candidates using constructive and deconstructive strategies. This study's research subjects were 6th-semester PGSD students of Mataram University who attended elementary mathematics learning courses. This type of research is a descriptive study with a qualitative approach. Data collected in the form of test results about patterns and interviews. Then the data is analyzed. The results of the data analysis showed that there was no difference between the process of identifying student patterns using either constructive or deconstructive strategies. The process carried out by students is seeing the shape of the image compiler, making rules for each image, then determining the next pattern rules based on the rules that have been made previously in each image.Keywords: pattern identification, constructive strategy, deconstructive strategy, figural pattern

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to determine the role of self-efficacy toward student academic cheating behavior. Primary School Teacher educate by mapping the types of fraud committed by students and to determine the the role of self-efficacy on the practice of cheating. To achieve these objectives the research was carried out with descriptive method. The data collection techniques used two instruments, they are the self-efficacy scale (SE) and the academic cheating (AC) scale toward 115 Undergraduate students of PGSD and Sociology Study Program Academic Year 2017-2018 FKIP University of Mataram. The results of the analysis using simple linear regression indicate that there is a role for self-efficacy to predict student academic cheating behavior with a value of F = 4.560 and a significance of 0.05 (p <0.05). There is a negative effect of Self Efficacy on student academic cheating behavior, the higher the self efficacy, the lower the level of academic cheating.

Abstract

Problem-solving is an important competency that must be owned by students. Problem-solving skills can facilitate students in understanding, connecting, and using mathematical concepts. Even so, mistakes in solving mathematical problems are still made by students. One reason is the lack of habituation of problem-solving in learning mathematics. Teachers who have good problem-solving skills will find it easier to teach and do an activity about problem-solving in learning mathematics. The purpose of this study is to describe the problem-solving ability of primary school teachers based on Polya’s method. This research method is descriptive-qualitative. The research subjects were primary mathematics teachers who taught in Mataram City, Indonesia. Each research subject solved three mathematical problems correctly and the problem-solving process will be analyzed based on Polya's method. The results obtained are teachers from city and suburb schools doing three indicators, namely identifying information on the problem, carrying out the procedure according to plan, and doing calculations correctly. Indicators of problem-solving that are not done are writing problem questions, making mathematical models, and writing final conclusions.Kemampuan Pemecahan Masalah Guru Sekolah Dasar Berdasarkan Metode Polya di Kota MataramAbstrakPemecahan masalah adalah salah satu kompetensi yang cukup penting. Kemampuan pemecahan masalah dapat memudahkan siswa dalam memahami, menghubungkan, dan menggunakan konsep-konsep matematika. Meskipun begitu, kesalahan dalam pemecahan masalah matematika masih dilakukan oleh siswa. Salah satu sebabnya adalah kurangnya pembiasan pemecahan masalah pada pembelajaran matematika di sekolah. Guru yang memiliki kemampuan pemecahan masalah yang baik, akan lebih mudah mengajarkan dan membiasakan pemecahan masalah pada pembelajaran matematika di sekolah. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan kemampuan pemecahan masalah pada guru SD di Kota Mataram. Metode penelitian ini adalah deskriptif-kualitatif. Subjek penelitian adalah guru matematika SD yang mengajar di pusat dan pinggiran Kota Mataram. Masing-masing subjek penelitian menyelesaikan tiga masalah matematika dengan benar dan akan dianalisis proses penyelesaian masalahnya berdasarkan metode Polya. Hasil yang didapatkan adalah guru dari sekolah kota dan pinggiran melakukan tiga indikator, yakni mengidentifikasi informasi pada masalah, melakukan prosedur penyelesaian sesuai rencana, dan melakukan perhitungan dengan benar. Indikator penyelesaian masalah yang tidak dilakukan adalah  menuliskan pertanyaan masalah, membuat model matematika, dan menuliskan kesimpulan akhir.

Abstract

Reasoning and Proof ability are one of the five standards in NCTM. Its implementation in learning can be transformed into problem-based learning (PBL). The purpose of this study is to provide a description related to the internalization of Reasoning and Proof standards in the mathematics learning process in elementary schools. The type of research used is qualitative with descriptive analysis. The research subjects were 24 elementary school teachers in Cluster IV Mataram City. The data collection process was carried out by a survey method that was conducted online using the Google form platform. To strengthen the results of the questionnaire, interviews were also conducted via WhatsApp phone to each research subject. The results of the research showed that 45.8% (11 subjects) had never heard of the terms reasoning and proof, while 54.2% (13 subjects) had never heard of the terms reasoning and proof. The deepening of the results of this study found that the feasibility of Reasoning and Proof standards in learning was still not optimal. In addition, several interesting facts were found related to the method of proof that teachers often use, namely giving examples that are close to students (relate).

Abstract

The implementation of learning is constrained by the mastery of concepts by the teacher due to the limitations of teaching materials, diverse student conditions, lack of learning facilities and infrastructures. Children with special needs have obstacles in participating in in-class learning. The purpose of the study was to analyze the learning strategies undertaken by classroom teachers, the implementation of learning approaches for children with special needs with literacy, and the effectiveness of learning for children with special needs in MI NW Tanak Beak Narmada. The research approach is qualitative. The study design uses the evaluative CIPP model. Context consists of the objectives of the learning approach. Inputs include strategies that the class teacher undertakes in mastering the material, students' readiness to accept learning, and student understanding, the process focuses on the implementation of learning approaches in the classroom, and products related to student competencies in accordance with learning objectives. The results of the study concluded that the evaluation of the learning approach of children with special needs with literacy in low grades in MI NW Tanak Beak Narmada must be improved, especially for children with special needs. MI NW Tanak Beak Narmada teacher uses an integrated learning approach. The use of the learning approach is adjusted to the learning material delivered, the objectives to be achieved, and the condition of the students in the class. The effectiveness obtained during the implementation of the learning approach to learning for children with special needs with literacy is already good, with the results of the KKM score in the good category. Student characters are expected to not only be fluent in reading but also be able to understand texts that have been read

Abstract

Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian pengembangan yang dilakukan di SDN 1 Darek Lombok Tengah dengan tujuan untuk; 1) Mengetahui bentuk dan subtansi media pembelajaran gambar berseri pop up box berbasis kearifan lokal dalam pembelajaran cerita fiksi untuk pendidikan inklusi. 2) Mengetahui prosedur pengembangan media pembelajaran gambar berseri pop up box berbasis kearifan lokal dalam pembelajaran cerita fiksi untuk pendidikan inklusi. 3) Mengetahui kelayakan media pembelajaran gambar berseri pop up box berbasis kearifan lokal dalam pembelajaran cerita fiksi untuk pendidikan inklusi. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode penelitian pengembangan model desain ADDIE. Teknik pengumpulan data terdiri dari angket dan dokumentasi. Setelah melalui langkah-langkah penelitian, peneliti melakukan analisis terhadap data–data yang didapatkan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa media gambar berseri pop up box berbasis kearifan lokal layak dan efektif digunakan sebagai media pembelajaran untuk pendidikan inklusi, terlihat dari hasil validasi media memperoleh persentase 96%, validasi materi memperoleh persentase 95% dan respon peserta didik dalam kelompok kecil memperoleh persentase sebesar 95%.

Abstract

ABSTRAKKecemasan bersekolah merupakan masalah yang masih dialami oleh siswa di Sekolah Dasar. Masalah ini harus dicegah karena jika dialami oleh siswa dapat mempengaruhi prestasi akademik siswa di sekolah. Proses pembelajaran yang kurang tepat dilakukan oleh guru dapat mempengaruhi munculnya masalah kecemasan bersekolah siswa. Oleh sebab itu diperlukan keterampilan sosial yang baik dari guru dalam melakukan proses pembelajaran. Berdasarkan hal tersebut, tujuan dari pengabdian ini untuk memberikan pemahaman terkait pentingnya keterampilan sosial guru dalam melakukan proses pembelajaran sesuai dengan masalah yang terjadi yaitu dapat mengurangi kecemasan bersekolah siswa. Metode yang digunakan meliputi tiga tahapan yaitu persiapan, pelaksanaan, dan evaluasi. Berdasarkan hasil dari kegiatan ini peserta sangat antusias dalam mengikuti kegiatan dan berdasarkan angket terbuka sebagai bahan evaluasi yang diberikan diperoleh hasil bahwa semua memahami materi dan dapat merefleksikan terkait pentingnya keterampilan mereka dengan pengalaman yang telah mereka lakukan.. Kata kunci: sosialisasi; keterampilan sosial; kecemasan bersekolah. ABSTRACTSchool anxiety is a problem that is still experienced by students in elementary schools. This problem must be prevented because if it is experienced by students it can affect students' academic achievement in school. The learning process that is not properly carried out by the teacher can affect the emergence of students' school anxiety problems. Therefore, good sosial skills are needed from the teacher in carrying out the learning process. Based on this, the purpose of this service is to provide an understanding of the importance of teachers' social skills in carrying out the learning process in accordance with the problems that occur, namely to reduce the school anxiety. The method in this service are preparation, implementation, and evaluation are the methods in this service. Based on the results of this activity the participants were very enthusiastic in participating in the activity and based on an open questionnaire as an evaluation material provided, it was found that all understood the material and could reflect on the importance of their skills with the experiences they had done. Keywords: sosialization; teacher sosial skills; school anxiety.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis pengaruh gaya kognitif konseptual tempo terhadap hasil belajar matematika teknik. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan pendekatan survey. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah observasi, tes gaya kognitif, serta dokumentasi hasil belajar matematika teknik. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah 56 mahasiswa FTIK UHT Surabaya tahun ajaran 2019/2020 yang sedang menempuh mata kuliah matematika teknik. Adapun teknik pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah purposive sampling. Teknik analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan analisis regresi berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara signifikan ada pengaruh gaya kognitif konseptual tempo terhadap hasil belajar matematika teknik sebesar 34,7 %.  Hal ini menunjukkan penting sekali mempertimbangkan gaya kognitif konseptual tempo yang dimiliki mahasiswa untuk merancang pembelajaran yang efektif agar tujuan pembelajaran bisa tercapai.

Abstract

The attitude of teachers towards children with special needs is of particular concern to the current government. This is because children with special needs have the same rights as normal children. Teachers are seen as people who have an important role to implement inclusive education inside and outside the classroom. The success of learning for children with special needs in the classroom is supported by positive behavior/attitudes of teachers and the environment during learning activities in the classroom and outside the classroom. This research is a type of qualitative research. This research takes data through the results of interviews with Sholeh IT elementary school teachers. This article will explain how the attitudes of teachers in SD IT Anak Sholeh Mataram with special needs who have learning disabilities and factors that must be possessed by teachers in educating children with special needs who have learning disabilities and how different treatments/attitudes of teachers. Towards children with special needs. and normal children during the learning process. This research is a qualitative study in which data is obtained from interviews with classroom teachers who teach in classrooms where children with special needs experience learning delays. The results of this study are through the patience of teachers and good communication with parents to make changes in attitude for the better than the research subjects.
