<![CDATA[Based on the results of observations at SDN Tiron 3 in Kediri Regency, it was found that grade 4 elementary school students still did not show a disciplined attitude during learning. During the learning process, there are still students who are late, talk to friends when the teacher explains, eat during learning, do not wear full uniforms, and some students do not collect assignments. The problem is caused by a lack of awareness from students regarding disciplinary attitudes. The purpose of the researcher is to describe the validity, practicality and effectiveness.This researcher uses the Research and Development (R&D) method. The analysis technique used to determine the validity, effectiveness and practicality is using questionnaires and evaluation questions, the results of this study are from the results of this study 1) The assessment of the validity of the Animation Video learning media is very valid, with material experts giving a score of 90% and media experts 88% in the very valid category. (2) The assessment of the practicality of the learning media was very practical, with teachers giving a score of 96% and students 98.75% in the very practical category, (3) The assessment of the effectiveness of the learning media showed a result of 84.5% in the very effective category. The conclusion of this study is that the media used is valid, practical and effective.]]>
