Abstract

A balance sheet is one of the most important documents in the business world, showing the financial condition of a company at a specific point in time. This article explains how a balance sheet can be a useful tool for evaluating and developing a shipping agency business. By understanding the key components of a balance sheet, such as assets, liabilities, and owner's equity, shipping agencies can identify their financial strengths and weaknesses.
