This study aims to examine more deeply the influence received by Gen Z Financial Behavior in West Java from financial literacy, fintech payments, and consumptive behavior. This study uses a quantitative approach with a descriptive and associative approach. The researcher used Google Form to collect primary data obtained by distributing questionnaires. The population studied is generation Z in West Java as many as 16,113,985 people, with a sample taken as many as 100 from 18 cities/regencies using simple random sampling. The collected data was analyzed by Multiple Linear Regression. It was found that financial literacy, fintech payment, and consumptive behavior each had a positive effect on personal financial management behavior and simultaneously financial literacy, fintech payment, and consumptive behavior had a positive effect.
