<![CDATA[Tersidilor Village makes the agricultural sector the main economic support. Agriculture produces quality rice. However, agricultural by-products such as rice bran have not been utilized optimally. The aim of the activity is to empower the community through processing agricultural by-products in the form of rice bran into functional food products. Participatory empowerment method which builds independence with the strength of the resources and products available in Tersidilor Village. The community is actively involved starting from socialization, training, production and marketing of products, as well as getting full support from the village government. Empowerment activities can increase community knowledge and skills in processing rice bran. The products produced are three types of functional rice bran snack products, namely kukis bekatul, akar kelapa, dan kue bekatul which have the potential to be functional foods that are beneficial for health.]]>
