<![CDATA[This journal discusses the importance of Islamic religious education in the context of increasingly complex globalization. This study aims to explore how Islamic religious education can equip the younger generation with strong moral and ethical values, so that they are able to face various challenges that arise due to the influence of global culture. The method used is a descriptive qualitative approach, with data collection through literature studies and interviews with educators and community leaders. The results of the study show that Islamic religious education plays an important role in shaping the character and identity of students, as well as increasing their awareness of religious values amidst the rapid flow of information. In addition, religious education also functions as a tool to strengthen tolerance and harmony between religious communities. This journal recommends the need for integration of Islamic religious education into the national curriculum so that it can be more effective in forming a generation that is not only intellectually intelligent, but also has a high moral commitment. Thus, Islamic religious education is expected to be a solid foundation for the younger generation in facing the challenges of globalization.]]>
