<![CDATA[This study aims to obtain an overview of career self-efficacy tendencies, analyze and evaluate differences in the career self-efficacy levels of male and female students in Class XI students of SMK Negeri 1. This research uses descriptive descriptive. The instrument used was the condition of the Career Decision Making Self-Efficacy Scale Short Form (CDMSE SF) made by Nancy Betz. The sample of this research was class XI students consisting of 390 male students and 385 female students. The data analysis technique uses the calculation of the distribution of data through the calculation of the average and standard deviation, as well as the calculation of proportions and the SPSS 24.00 program for windows and the different test using the One Way Anova formula. The results of this study revealed that the career self-efficacy level of class XI students of SMK Negeri was in the medium category. Based on gender, there were significant differences between male and female students. The career self-efficacy level of female students is in the higher category than that of male students. Thus realized guidance and counseling services based on functions, namely efforts to improve students' low career self-efficacy by using career guidance. ]]>
