This article is the result of the Community Service (PKM) activity of the Dikti Grant which aims to provide quality education to PkM partners, especially in developing the artistic talents and interests of students and teachers. The activities carried out are 1) making traditional musical instruments gordang sambilan based on virtual reality (VR); 2) conducting training to improve teacher competence, especially in the use of VR-based tools, and 3) creating an art center that can be used by partners which is a space for students and teachers to express their artistic souls. The stages or steps of implementing this PkM are; 1) socialization; 2) training; 3) application of technology; 4) mentoring and evaluation, and 5) program sustainability. The expected results of this PkM are an increase in teacher competence and capacity in utilizing technology-based learning media, in this case the traditional musical instrument gordang sambilan based on virtual reality. The provision of these tools can be useful as a learning tool for students in channeling their artistic interests and talents.
