<![CDATA[Abstract: This study examines the moral, spiritual, and social implications of the phrase "do not kill" found in the 10 Commandments. Theological study methodology is used, with a textual and contextual approach to understand the deep biblical meaning. This study shows that this law is not only a prohibition against the physical act of killing, but also has implications for the value of human life and the need for social unity. The analysis is carried out through the breakdown of the Sabennim text (original language differences) and understanding the historical and philosophical context in the event of the giving of the law. Abstrak: Penelitian ini mengkaji implikasi moral, spiritual, dan sosial dari frasa "jangan membunuh" yang terdapat dalam 10 Hukum Taurat. Metodologi studi teologis digunakan, dengan pendekatan tekstual dan konteksual bagi memahami makna biblial yang mendalam. Studi ini menunjukkan bahwa hukum ini bukan hanya larangan terhadap aksi fisik pembunuhan, tetapi juga membawa implikasi terhadap nilai kehormatan hidup manusia dan perlunya persatuan sosial.
