<![CDATA[Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) refers to voluntary employee behavior beyond formal job responsibilities that supports organizational effectiveness and efficiency, such as helping colleagues, demonstrating loyalty, and actively participating in organizational activities. This study aims to analyze the mediating role of organizational commitment in the relationship between transformational leadership and Organizational Citizenship Behavior. This research was conducted at the Mercure Bali Sanur Hotel involved 51 respondents using a saturated sampling technique. Data were collected through questionnaires and interviews. The analysis methods used include path analysis and the Sobel test. The results show that transformational leadership has a positive and significant influence on organizational commitment. Furthermore, transformational leadership also has a positive and significant impact on Organizational Citizenship Behavior. Organizational commitment was found to have a positive and significant influence on OCB and acts as a mediator in the relationship between transformational leadership and OCB. The practical implication of this research is that it can serve as a reference for other researchers interested in exploring more about Organizational Citizenship Behavior, transformational leadership, and organizational commitment.]]>
