Leadership in the context of the church faces complex challenges in the modern era where leaders are required to provide good examples amidst the changing times that lead humans to destructive world offers. Leadership and management have a close relationship that cannot be separated in the effective management of church organizations. The purpose of the study is to provide additional insight into the management of the KGBI organization in managing services, church organizational structures and delegation of work authority and church services. The research methodology uses a qualitative descriptive approach through literature exploration, analysis and exposition of the book of Nehemiah, with data collection techniques in the form of interviews and observations of research objects. The results of the study showed that all respondents had a good understanding of leadership. However, some respondents identified the lack of structured and organized leadership management, while others believed that leadership in KGBI was sufficient. These findings indicate the need for evaluation and improvement of the leadership management system to optimize church services.
