Community service on financial literacy with the aim of changing the mindset and behavior of business actors in managing their businesses has been carried out. The community service method used is based on lectures and training on financial management; both in planning programs based on financial capabilities, implementing programs and evaluating programs that have been created. The results of the community service show that business actors, especially BUMDes Zansibar managers, have understood how to utilize the capital they have to plan superior BUMDes programs.
