<![CDATA[The aims of this study is to examine the value of the firm education institution Sorong city.This study used data from financial statement of the education institution Sorong city. Thisstudy also used sixty month financial statement as the sample. Field research was applied,data collection uses documentation technique. There is one statistical analysis used in thisstudy, that is double regression linier with SPPS software. This study is used to analysisthree variables, those are Financial Policy, Financial Performance and value of the firm.The result of this study found that Financial Policy and financial performance influence tovalue of the firm during 2006 – 2010. The result also show that financial performanceinfluence value of the firm more than Financial Policy is influencing value of the firm.Key words : Financial Policy, Financial Performance and value of the firm]]>
