Simalingkar Health Center is one of the facilities closest to the community, which is equipped with professional health workers. This study aims to determine the factors of service quality according to community perceptions that influence the utilization of basic health services at Simalingkar Health Center. The study was conducted in March - May 2025. This study is an explanatory research type with a cross-sectional approach while the population is the entire population in the Simalingkar Health Center work area with a sample of 72 people taken by random sampling. From the results of univariant & bivariate analysis using linear regression tests that there is a significant effect of service comfort on the utilization of basic health services p (0.000), there is an effect of service information on the utilization of basic health services p (0.009), while service continuity p (0.394), service efficiency p (0.391), and security p (0.480) and human rights in service p (0.685) do not affect the utilization of basic health services at Simalingkar Health Center. The seven dimensions assessed in this study were stated as moderate (continuity, efficiency, security, human rights, comfort, access and information). There is a need to improve the quality of service, especially in the areas of service comfort, service information, service access, without ignoring the other 4 dimensions (continuity, efficiency, security, human rights) in health services in order to realize quality health services as expected to create a prosperous society.
