Abstract

Management approach strategy into a comprehensive approach in achieving the company'scompetitive advantage. Companies no longer viewed from one aspect, but on the wholeaspect or dimension within the company. In order for the company is able to achievecompetitive advantage, the ability in managing the internal and external environmentbecomes an important key to success. Therefore, knowledge management strategy is essentialto understand by all levels of management within the company to achieve competitiveadvantage. One indicator of the achievement of competitive advantage is to achieve optimalbusiness performance.
