<![CDATA[Awareness of the importance of physical activity for students at school must continue to be instilled in order to provide fitness for students' bodies and hopefully can be a motivation for improving student achievement. This study aims to analyze the awareness of students at SDN 1 Guntung Payung regarding the importance of physical activity at school. The method used is quantitative descriptive, namely to quantitatively describe how students' awareness at SDN 1 Guntung Payung is regarding the importance of physical activity at school. The data collection technique used by the researcher is a questionnaire method where a number of written questions will be answered by 107 students in grades 4 and 5 who are the samples in this study. The result of this study indicate that the majority of students in grades 4 and 5 have moderate awareness with a total of 20 people (36.4%) for grade 4 and 23 people (44.2%) for grade 5. In addition, there is also a difference in the level of awareness between students in grades 4 and 5, namely there are 13 students (23.6%) in grade 4 and 8 students (15.4%) in grade 5 in the Low category. With these result, it can be concluded that the level of awareness of students in grades 4 and 5 of SDN 1 Guntung Payung regarding physical activity is still classified in the moderate category.]]>
