The degree of saturation (DJ) of the black spot location is 0.843. In addition, the speed of vehicles at the Black Spot location is not the cause of the accident. Road conditions are considered well-maintained, but there are potholes and cracks at several points. Complementary road facilities need to be repaired, such as warning lights that are not functioning, damaged bridge guardrails, and additional signs at certain points.
