Penelitian ini mengevaluasi kesiapan pelayanan publik di Desa Tamblang dengan E-government Readiness Framework, mencakup empat komponen utama: infrastruktur teknologi informasi (TI), kebijakan, keterampilan SDM, dan partisipasi masyarakat. Information dikumpulkan melalui observasi, wawancara, dan kuesioner. Analisis dengan skala Aydin dan Tasci menunjukkan bahwa pelayanan publik digital digital di Desa Tamblang berada pada kategori "tidak siap," dengan skor rata-rata 3,31. Komponen infrastruktur TI mencatat nilai 3,2, mengindikasikan keterbatasan perangkat keras, sementara kebijakan dan keterampilan SDM bernilai 3,82 dan 3,81, yang menunjukkan kesiapan moderat. Partisipasi masyarakat paling rendah dengan skor 2,41, mengindikasikan kurangnya keterlibatan. Strategi SWOT diusulkan untuk meningkatkan kesiapan melalui pendanaan pemerintah, kerja sama dengan universitas untuk pelatihan, pengadaan perangkat keras, dan program edukasi bagi masyarakat guna mengurangi resistensi terhadap layanan. This study evaluates the readiness of public services in Tamblang Village with the E-government Readiness Framework, covering four main components: information technology (IT) infrastructure, policies, HR skills, and community participation. Information was collected through observations, interviews, and questionnaires. Analysis with the scale of Aydin and Tasci shows that digital digital public services in Tamblang Village are in the category of "not ready," with an average score of 3.31. The IT infrastructure component recorded a score of 3.2, indicating hardware limitations, while HR policies and skills scored 3.82 and 3.81, indicating moderate readiness. Community participation was the lowest with a score of 2.41, indicating a lack of involvement. The SWOT strategy is proposed to improve readiness through government funding, cooperation with universities for training, hardware procurement, and education programs for the community to reduce resistance to services.
