ABSTRAK Peneltian ini bertujuan untuk menguji hipotesis pengaruh motivasi dan diklat terhadap prestasi pegawai pada Dinas Pekerjaan Umum dan Penataan Ruang Kabupaten Ogan Ilir melalui variabel motivasi (x1), diklat (x2) dan prestasi (y). Penelitian ini memakai metode kuantitatif berdasarakan pengumpulan data dan penyebaran kuisioner dengan menggunakan 40 sampel pegawai pada Dinas Pekerjaan Umum dan Penataan Ruang Kabupaten Ogan Ilir. Metode Analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi berganda dengan aplikasi SPSS. Hasil uji hipotesis menyimpulkan secara simulan variabel motivasi dan diklat secara bersama sama berpengaruh secara siginitifkan terhadap prestasi pegawai dilihat dari hasil uji F Hitung> F Tabel yaitu 7,682 > 3,25 dan signitifkan < 0,005 yaitu (0,002 < 0,005).Hasil uji parsial analisis regresi variabel motivasi (x1) diperoleh thitung sebesar 0,331 < ttabel 2,026 artinya Ho diterima, dan nilai siginitifkan > 0,05 yaitu 0,743 > 0,05 disimpulkan bahwa motivasi secara parsial dan signitifkan tidak berpengaruh terhadap prestasi pegawai sedangkan hasil uji parsial analisis regresi variabel diklat (x2) diperoleh diperoleh thitung sebesar 3,368 > ttabel 2,026 artinya Ho ditolak, dan nilai siginitifkan < 0,05 yaitu 0,02 < 0,05 bahwa diklat secara parsial dan signitifkan berpengaruh terhadap prestasi pegawai pegawai yaitu sebesar 0,631 atau 63%. Kata Kunci: Motivasi, Diklat, dan Prestasi ABSTRACT This study aims to test the hypothesis of the effect of motivation and training on employee performance at the Dinas Pekerjaan Umum dan Penataan Ruang Office of Ogan Ilir through the variables of motivation (x1), education and training (x2) and achievement (y). Data analysis method used is multiple regression analysis with SPSS application. The results of the hypothesis test concluded that the motivation and training variables simultaneously had a significant effect on employee performance as seen from the results of the F Count> F Table is 7.682 > 3.25 and significant < 0.005 (0.002 < 0.005).The results of the partial test of the regression analysis of the motivation variable (x1) obtained tcount of 0.331 < ttable 2.026 meaning Ho is accepted, and the significant value> 0.05 is 0.743> 0.05, it is concluded that motivation partially and significantly has no effect on employee performance while the results of the partial test Regression analysis of the training variable (x2) was obtained that tcount was 3.368 > ttable 2.026, meaning that Ho was rejected, and the significant value <0.05 was 0.02 <0.05, that the training partially and significantly affected the performance of the employees, which was 0.631 or 63%.
