Introduction: Patient loyalty is an important indicator of healthcare quality and organizational competitiveness. Integrating healthcare services with patients’ spiritual and religious values may contribute to greater satisfaction and loyalty. This study aimed to examine the relationship between the implementation of Islamic values in inpatient nursing care and patient loyalty. Methods: A correlational study with a cross-sectional design was conducted among 100 hospitalized patients selected through consecutive sampling over two weeks. Data were collected using the Islamic Service Questionnaire and the Patient Loyalty Questionnaire. The relationship between the implementation of Islamic values and patient loyalty was analyzed using the Spearman rank-order correlation test. Results: Most patients perceived the implementation of Islamic values by nurses as moderate (66%), while 70% demonstrated a moderate level of loyalty. Statistical analysis showed a significant positive relationship between the implementation of Islamic values and patient loyalty (p = 0.009; rₛ = 0.260). Although the correlation was weak, the findings suggest that better integration of Islamic values in nursing care is associated with higher patient loyalty. Conclusions: The implementation of Islamic values in nursing care is positively associated with patient loyalty among hospitalized patients. Addressing patients’ spiritual needs, creating a care environment that reflects Islamic principles, and providing adequate worship facilities may enhance patient experiences and encourage loyalty. These findings highlight the importance of culturally and spiritually sensitive care in healthcare settings. Further research is recommended to investigate the long-term effects of faith-based care models on patient satisfaction, loyalty, and healthcare outcomes across diverse hospital environments.
