<![CDATA[Abstract: This study aims to analyze the legal strength of the Physical Land Possession Statement within Indonesia's national land law framework. The letter holds a crucial position as a form of acknowledgment for physical control over land by individuals or communities, especially in areas not yet covered by systematic land registration. Using normative and juridical legal approaches, this research focuses on a case study of the Supreme Court Decision No. 34/Pdt.G/2017/PN Bjb as a concrete representation of agrarian conflict between the Physical Land Possession Statementholders. Through the examination of legal provisions such as the Basic Agrarian Law of 1960 and Government Regulation No. 24 of 1997, the study reveals that the Physical Land Possession Statement can serve as strong evidence of land ownership when formal requirements are fulfilled and good faith is present.
