This study aims to analyze the implementation of maintenance practices on the CNC Plasma Cutting machine at PT Kenertec Power System, which plays a crucial role in the high-precision cutting of steel plates. The machine utilizes plasma as a heat source, generated through electric current and high-velocity air. The research methodology includes direct field observation, in-depth interviews with technicians, and a review of relevant literature on machine maintenance. The findings indicate that regular predictive maintenance application effectively prevents unexpected breakdowns that could disrupt production processes. Based on repair data collected from April 2023 to April 2024, the machine operated stably without requiring repairs until July 2023, after which repair incidents increased due to component wear. With a varied maintenance schedule, this study emphasizes the significance of predictive maintenance in ensuring optimal machine performance, extending equipment lifespan, and improving the company's overall operational efficiency.
