Office technology is the most needed thing in the world of education today, because the presence of this technology is very helpful for the office administration process including being a medium in the teaching and learning process. The purpose of this study is to determine the office technology in MA Miftahul Qulub, between its application and effectiveness on teacher performance. This study is a qualitative research approach with a descriptive research type, so that all forms of data in this study will be formulated in the form of words. Data collection in this study uses interviews, observations and documentation. For data analysis, researchers use observation consistency, discussions with peers and use triangulation to compare each data obtained. The results of this study indicate that office technology in MA Mifathul Qulub is in the form of technology in the form of TV, monitors, radios, computers, projectors and laptops, for the application of office technology in MA Mifathul Qulub is used in order to complete teacher tasks in educational administration, including being used in the teaching and learning process
