Abstract

Abstract  - Bread is one of the food products are favored by the people. One of the pastry shop, calling themselves by reza bakery. Having high potential of selling in distinctive taste and packaging, bakery of bread reza be the target of the buyers in the city of Bandung, especially in Margahayu. With the potential that exists, then reza bakery bread can develop into a great product. Through a qualitative descriptive study, the development of marketing that can be done by reza bakery packaging including through distinctive, attention to have clean, variety of their product, and also the quality of the taste of reza bakery.  Keyword : Strategic Development, Brand, Packaging, Taste. Abstrak - Roti merupakan salah satu produk makanan yang digemari oleh masyarakat. Salah satu toko kue, menamakan dirinya dengan reza bakery. Dengan berbekal rasa dan kemasan yang khas, roti reza bakery menjadi incaran para pembeli di wilayah margahayu kota Bandung. Dengan potensi yang ada, maka reza bakery dapat berkembang menjadi produk roti yang besar. Melalui penelitian deskriptif kualitatif, maka pengembangan pemasaran yang dapat dilakukan oleh reza bakery diantaranya melalui kemasan yang khas, dengan memperhatikan kebersihan, kualitas produk rotinya, waktu pelayanan, harga yang tetap terjangkau, ragam produk, serta rasa yang selalu terjaga.  Kata Kunci : Strategi Pengembangan Pemasaran, Merek, Kemasan, Rasa.
