Organizational Citizenship Behavior OCB is a unique aspect of individual activity at work. Organizations will be successful if employees not only carry out their main tasks but are willing to carry out extra tasks such as being willing to work together, helping each other and wanting to use their time effectively. This research aims to analyze the influence of OCB, work motivation, organizational commitment and employee loyalty at BPR Jaya Kerti Mengwitani. The number of respondents was 46 people using the total sampling method. Data collection uses a questionnaire. The data analysis technique uses multiple linear regression analysis, testing is carried out in two stages. hypothesis testing using the t test, F test and Sobel test. The research results show that OCB has a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment, work motivation has a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment, /OCB has a positive and significant effect on work loyalty, work motivation has a positive and significant effect on work loyalty, organizational commitment has a positive and significant effect on loyalty. work. Organizational commitment cannot mediate /OCB on employee loyalty. Organizational commitment can mediate motivation on employee loyalty. /OCB, motivation, organizational commitment have a significant positive effect on employee loyalty.ABSTRAKOrganizational Citizenship Behavior merupakan aspek yang unik dari aktivitas individual dalam kerja. Organizational Citizenhip Behavior pada setiap karyawan harus diperhatikan karena ocb yang dimiliki karyawan di BPR Jaya Kerti berbeda-beda. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh Organizational Citizenhip Behavior, motivasi kerja, komitmen organisasi, dan loyalitas karyawan di BPR Jaya Kerti Mengwitani. Jumlah responden sebanyak 46 orang menggunakan metode sampel jenuh. Pengambilan data menggunakan kuesioner. Teknik analisa data menggunakan analisis regresi linear berganda, pengujian dilakukan dua tahap. uji hipotesis menggunakan uji t , uji F dan uji Sobel. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Organizational Citizenhip Behavior berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap komitmen organisasi, motivasi kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap komitmen organisasi, Organizational Citizenhip Behavior berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap loyalitas kerja, motivasi kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap loyalitas kerja, komitmen organisasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap loyalitas kerja. Komitmen organisasi tidak dapat memediasi Organizational Citizenhip Behavior terhadap loyalitas karyawan. Komitmen organisasi dapat memediasi motivasi terhadap loyalitas karyawan. Organizational Citizenhip Behavior,motivasi,komitmen organisasi berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap loyalitas karyawan.
